He’s like a brown Kennedy, but who can trust anyone these days

@TemujinMSM Then you should read my 1st post again and I’m sure you’ll get it. Like Obama said we should obide by our laws and seek to improove them. In this world laws are one of the few, if not formally the only thing that stand between civilization and tyranny!

  5. TemujinMSMon 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

Precisely why we shouldn’ stand by and watch while the elites of Americas finance capital military industrial media political complex use our country and what we think of as patriotism to murder destroy and steal around the world while our schools our cities our jobs crumble. I agree with what you are saying but don’ t see how its an argument to bring a rain of missles and death on innocent people on the other side of the world

  6. halex56on 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

@TemujinMSM Sure, it is the responsibility of parents to bring up their children and in their hands lies the destiny of their children. Democracy is defined as the rule of people. Thus in the people lies the responsibility. By not voting and not paying attention to politics one silently agrees to the actions of those in power. In a democracy people need to take action. It is a right won for us by our ancestors. By not caring we give it up and agree to be ruled by elites, like they were.

those little babies sure are jerks and I suppose kids who grow up without healthcare should have been born to wealthier parents. If we the American people are responsible for the actions of our leaders than god help us.

  8. halex56on 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

@TemujinMSM But also note that those people living in the peaceful village are themselves responsible either actively or passively for allowing their leaders to start the conflict in which they got killed. Nations elect their leaders. Or choose to allow themselves to be oppresed. Either way, every nation on Earth stands responsible for the actions of its leaders.

  9. halex56on 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

@TemujinMSM The question is whether you believe the peaceful village was struck as a part of a delibarate plan or as an honest mistake. The latter implies that those that made the mistake are not legally responsible to the victims government because they are rightfully not under its sovereignty. Note that I do not concider negligence to be a honest mistake and should be prosecuted as people do have a human right not to be colateral damage.

I suppose its kinda sad when we witness first-hand clear examples of how and why the “wise-latina” effect is so evident. You see, as with any minority living and working in a society such as we do, having to work and live within the boundaries of the generally accepted concepts of wisdom, justice and yes, also what beauty looks like; any intelligent non-white person has to have a greater scope, a greater latitude and longitude of taste, and apply that skill in all that we experience. you don’t.

This award should be called the The prize that is used to push a bigger Agenda in the Name of Peace…It’s a platform for gibroni’s like Obama to spout off their mouths and talk as if they represent the backbone of this country. His hypocritical diarhea of the mouth makes me sick. He forgot abortions in America. How can we be so ignorant. I never thought I would give a shit about any of this. And I don’t know why I started but I pray for this world. I pray of God’s kingdom. Not this bull.

Obama should, and hopefully will, go down as the world’s most effective and persuasive rhetorical hypocrite. Nothing that he spouts should hold an once of sincerity within peoples’ minds. His lies are blatant, and needn’t require a sophisticated ear to decipher. All that is needed is a genuine assessment of the current state of affairs, and his administration’s role in perpetuating them. Don’t be deceived; he doesn’t represent hope and change – he represents Capitalist Imperialism to his core.

He is a wartime president, yet he gets the peace prize because “He was the most infuential president within the first 90 days.”
I thought this was the PEACE prize.

  16. Neushtanion 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

If George Carlin where you president, that speech wouldnt have been so fucking boring and full of shit.

  17. TemujinMSMon 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

People have a human right to not be killed by a missle strike that intelligence suggested might be an Al Qadea hide out but turned out to be a peaceful village. People have a human right to not be colateral damage. People have a right to prosecute those that kill thier family members even if the killing was a mistake(manslaughter) I agree with Obama that self defense is a right. Iraqis and Afghans have a right to defend themselves as a foreign power

  18. TemujinMSMon 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

Who will police the world police. Are there consequences for Americas actions or are we above the law that we intend to enforce

    Europeans are such goats.

Dude, a lot of people on a wheelchair can still enjoy the life. Don’t use it as an excuse. Otherwise, you’re just wasting time.

  21. wondahfulon 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

He thinks he is still running for presidency. He is a great orator but with no substance and experience to execute. I still don’t know what he has done for the country besides talking, pitching and finger pointing at Bush constantly. Don’t forget that he was a professor.

  22. sn1353on 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

He’s definitely a very good speaker. Kind of a strange situation though. A sitting president giving a speech justifying past and present wars while receiving the Nobel Peace Prize. Really sounded more like a campaign speech. What’s with Michelle’s hair? She might as well have worn a turban.

  23. VictimOfBoredomon 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

    *yawn*

EVERYONE thinks they are defending themselves.

  24. 1MoreMuslimon 02 Jan 2010 at 8:50 pm

Obama is no change in American foreign Policy:
In Cairo : Violence is a dead end.
In Oslo : “Just” Wars are OK.
You know what is a just war? It is the war that is fought by US or its allies. An unjust war is the war that is fought by the enemies of USA.
When Israel possesses nukes, shell civilians with White Phosphorus, that is a Just war for Obama. When the Pal defend themselves with primitive rockets, that is an unjust war.

Finally I feel this man is my President!
