Pig are ordinarily very clean animals! and intelligent too!! It is sad seeing them in intensive farming conditions such as you saw in this video.. These pigs are not even able to turn around in those stalls, let alone do what pigs love most and wallow in some mud!!

The media just blew it out of proportion in for strategic reasons, not to mention the promotion of semi-rational fear makes them money. But diseases only get more powerful, no thanks to the role of modern medicine, and even though vaccines and whatnot save lives, people are eventually going to have to deal with the super viruses we are evolving. At that point, swine flu will be realized for what it is..media profit.
