Saw Elvis first in 1977, last time with The Utah Symphony this summer, always fantastic. Love this version, the anger and seriousness of the message. Steve The Professor is at his VERY BEST, and image factor so HIGH!

yeah…but still, evryone of them used to be such a big part of the group in one way or another. it’s just….weird watching this with some liek, new dude over there.
But that doesn’t change anything about Elvis. He’s still amazing and always will be.

The Attractions DID make it here. The drummer and keyboardist are from the Attractions, but the bass player will never be. He and Elvis dislike each other.

    “Here’s one where he’s, he’s wearing make-up…i-i think it’s a transvestite”
    This made my day.
To bad the Attractions didn’t make it here with him.
Nevertheless, this is a great song and Elvis Costello has been an amazing musician, performer, and songwriter for more than 30 years and he continues to just get better and better.

This is my favorite song of all times I used to listen to this over and over with my earphones dancing for hours in a vacant parking lot just outside of Seattle’s Public Market.. a crowd would gather and I was always so oblivious MO/PEACE

Um, I’m not sure anyone said he did write it. Nevertheless, PLU has been Elvis’s anthem for many a year.
