I agree with the notions that organized religion is fucked up , and it is. He is stating that, although I don’t think God is responsible for what humans tell humans to do. Religion is filled with irrational beliefs and emotional influence rather than teaching what christ taught and loving one another. Jesus was NOT religious. He hated organized religion, and how the high priests were arrogantly laying down rule after rule without love or compassion.
